The location of this hotel was excellent for exploring the city. It was conveniently close to the metro station, making it easy to access all the attractions. it was a short walk away from the river, which was great for taking a leisurely stroll. The room itself was spacious and quiet, allowing for a comfortable night's sleep. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief during the hot summer weather.
There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The bed was quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

During my recent stay at Black Tulip, I had a truly delightful experience. The location was excellent, with easy access to the metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was decent, offering a good selection of food to start off the day. The staff were attentive, polite, and always had a smile on their faces. Despite a few minor issues, such as a defective safe and a clerical error with the room key, the hotel staff promptly addressed the situation and went above and beyond to make up for any inconvenience caused. The small gestures, like the written apology note and the thoughtful gifts, added a personal touch that made me feel valued as a guest. I had a great experience at Black Tulip - Porto Gaia and would highly recommend it to others seeking a pleasant stay in the area.
